Judy brings a naturally nurturing presence shaped by over 20 years of experience in wellness programs and social services. As a daily meditator and dedicated gardener, she embodies a grounded, perceptive approach to well-being.

 

She meets you exactly where you are—offering presence, ease, and genuine care. Judy creates a space where you can feel supported, seen, and at comfort in your own experience.

Walk into Wellness if you are:

  • Welcoming authentic human connection

  • Working on a creative project

  • Feeling disconnected, isolated, or out of rhythm

  • Experiencing overwhelm or overstimulation

  • Moving through grief, loss, or life transitions

  • Drawn to the healing presence of nature

  • Prefer structured physical training or fitness coaching
